Staff were trying their best, but it seemed like they were still settling in, which affected overall communication.

I encountered noise disturbances early in the morning from neighboring guests, which disrupted my sleep. The management seemed disorganized, likely due to their recent acquisition of the hotel, leaving many aspects unpolished.
